I think the body stores a little fat during pregnancy in the production of colostrum and milk for the first time after birth. I think the extra weight gain, because we are so tired they sleep a lot. Never saw a lean Italian? I have not because they eat and then go to bed, put a lot of weight and do the same to eat during pregnancy to go to bed tired, and that helps us to gain more weight than we want.

You should not gain more weight during pregnancy. In addition to the baby and everything you mentioned, the extra weight is not in the plan. But the majority of women "eat for two or avoid exercise during pregnancy, where fat ugly stretch marks ... and ....
