Normal stomach acid is much stronger than
Acid in orange juice or pineapple juice.
The little that is damage to the stomach crap.
Do not rinse your mouth after drinking the juice well.
This small amount of acid may help the bacteria in the decomposition a little bit.

I do not think the orange juice because the acid is too weak to cause the lining of the stomach. I think pineapple juice is not because he is mad, but because enzymes, proteins.

You need to hurt with an incredible amount of juice. Folic acid at the Olympic Games is really good for you.
