Gerd Diet GERD Diet Recommendations?

GERD diet recommendations? - gerd diet

I have GERD (gastroesophageal reflux), which makes me unhappy. I take Prilosec, but no longer works. Are there any plans that can make a person less acidic?

Not quite sure what you eat, but avoid the court or the oil, dairy products, bread, citrus fruits, caffeine ... It's a start. You can usually Gaviscon extra strength (Costco), if you must feel, and just before bedtime - a friend of mine used, and the only thing that works for them. You can also eat a few biscuits (salted - Less Salt) - Help sodium bicarbonate, soda crackers you can get - if you start to feel hunger or acids. You want to try Prevacid Prilosec May instead. Sometimes it is another drug that works best. Good luck, hope you feel better.
